Making Learning Magical

    

     Our program strives to add whimsy and wonder to learning, as well as to provide a nurturing and supportive home environment, encouraging independence and new opportunities for growth and development through a variety of learning activities and a wide range of educational games and materials.
Educational Philosophy

We believe in providing a supportive, nurturing environment where children can grow and flourish with plenty of opportunities for creative expression, a variety of learning activities, and plenty of individualized attention.  We try to incorporate a variety of methods and approaches, as each child is unique and is engaged and inspired in differnt ways.

Experienced Staff:    I have 15 years of experience teaching children, including children with special needs. I have a degree in literature and coursework in child development and education. I am trained in First Aid & CPR certified, as well as my husband and other staff members.

About our Family:  Hello!  My name is Heather and I'm also a mom, as well as a teacher.  My daughter is two years old and loves making new friends.  My husband teaches also and helps out with our daycare.  We moved here about ten years ago for my husband to attended grad school and we love this beautiful area.  We enjoy trips to the beach and hikes in the forest.
